So I wanted something new to do with my protien drinks. And after talking with some other people on what they put in their drinks. Here is what I have come across just trying stuff out.
a handful of Bear Naked Banana Nut Granola
half a banana
about a tablespoon of natural crunchy peanut butter
about 8-12 oz of skim milk
heaping scoop of your favorite protein (I’m using Optimum Nutrition’s Rocky Road which is good just on its own).
Throw all this in a blender, maybe a few cubes of ice to make it all colder and what not. Its mega good.
