Today was Bi’s and Tri’s…Arm day…used to be my worst day of the week…now it is starting to become my favorite day to lift. I am seeing more gains with my arms than any other day. I believe I’m not getting in enough protein, I’m going to start protein loading and a mug here soon. Gotta order some supps. Here is today’s workout

Ez Curl Barbell Curls (Outside Grip)

85lbs – 10 reps (1 or 2 assisted reps)
Seated Dumbbell Curls
25lbs – 15 reps
30lbs – 12 reps
35lbs – 8 reps
Preacher Curls with Ez Curl Bar (Inside Grip)

65lbs – 10 reps
*Only did two sets to have more time for triceps
V-Bar Pushdowns

Reverse Grip Pushdowns

Bench Dips
Body weight – 12 reps
25lb plate in lap – 12 reps
35lb plate in lap – 10 reps
Finished up with this workout about 6:45, ate breakfast and hit the shower.
