Well, I just wanted to note my workout today. I really need to start doing this more often than I have. So there will be more random weightlifting blogs here and there.
Got to the gym late (almost 7:00AM) today, so only worked one muscle group. Chest.
Flat Bench Press
135 lbs – 15 reps
185 lbs – 3 reps (1 assisted)
200 lbs – 1 rep (my max, thought about trying for one more, but put the bar up, could feel my chest tightening up)
165lbs – 5 reps (think 1 of those were assisted)
Decline Dumbbell Press
55lbs – 15 reps
60lbs – 11 reps
65lbs – 8 or 9 reps
High and Low Cable Crossovers (Superset)
3 sets X 40lbs (high) 12 reps – 25 lbs (low) 10 reps
There is my chest workout for the day. Finished up at about 7:40.
